1. What the program is
The WizeClip partner program lets an account share WizeClip with a link or a code and earn a commission on the payments of the accounts it brings. These terms apply to every account that joins it, together with the Terms of Service; where the two differ about the program, these terms apply.
You join in the app, in Invite and earn, by accepting these terms. “We” means WizeClip; “you” means the partner.
2. Who can join
- Any WizeClip account with a confirmed email that is not suspended, on any plan, the free one included.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and allowed to promote an adult service where you do.
- One partner account per person or organisation.
3. What you earn
- A commission of 25% of the price of every payment an account you brought makes for a plan or for extra credits, for as long as it pays, while your account exists, you are not blocked and the program runs. We may agree another rate with you in writing; it applies from the next payment.
- The commission is counted on the price of what was bought, a plan for its period or a pack of credits, in US dollars, never on more than was asked.
- Each commission takes the rate of the day of its payment. A new rate never changes a commission already written.
- Nothing is earned on the free plan, on plans or credits given by WizeClip, on the extra credits an invitation brings, on credits taken by partners, on payments cancelled, refunded or never completed, or on your own payments and those of accounts you control or pay for.
- An agency earns on the accounts it brings that pay for themselves, never on its own workspace or on the accounts it pays for.
- There is one level only: nothing is earned on the accounts brought by the accounts you brought.
4. What the account you bring gets
500 extra credits, added with its first payment. They never expire and work while a plan is active. Everything else is the same as for everyone.
5. How an account is credited to you
- Your link,
wizeclip.io/?ref=followed by your code on any page of the site, orapp.wizeclip.io/register?ref=followed by your code, fills in your code when the account is created. - If the visitor presses “Keep the invitation” on the site, a cookie keeps your code for 60 days; without that choice nothing is kept. The Cookie Policy describes it.
- Your code can also be typed when signing up, or added in the account’s settings within 14 days of signing up, before its first payment.
- The code an account is created with is the one that counts. An account belongs to one partner, for good, and is never moved to another.
6. Payouts
- Each commission waits 30 days after its payment, so that it can be checked. Then it is available.
- From $50 available, you can ask for a payout in USDT on Ethereum or TRON, or USDC on Ethereum, to the address saved in Invite and earn. We send it within 7 days of the request and pay the network fee. One payout can be asked for at a time.
- A payout is never sent to an address saved less than 3 days before.
- You are responsible for the address and its network. A transfer to the address you saved is final; money sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered or sent again.
- Instead, you can take what is available as extra credits at once, at 100 credits for every dollar, with no minimum. Credits cannot be turned back into money.
- We may hold a commission or a payout to check it, and refuse a payout for a reason the app tells you: the address cannot be paid, a check is not finished, or the payments break these terms.
- If a payment whose commission was already paid is refunded or reversed, the commission is taken off your next payout.
7. What is not allowed
- Bringing yourself: your own accounts, or accounts you control or pay for.
- Paid ads on the name WizeClip or misspellings of it, including search ads on those words.
- Coupon and deal sites, and anything that presents your code as a discount.
- Spam: unsolicited mass messages, and posts or comments in groups, forums or channels that do not allow them.
- Planting the invitation without a visitor’s choice (cookie stuffing), hidden links, or opening the site in someone’s browser without them asking.
- Promises WizeClip does not make, such as “free forever”, “unlimited”, or guaranteed results or income.
- Presenting yourself as WizeClip or as part of its team.
- Promoting WizeClip to anyone under 18, or where an adult service may not be promoted.
- Anything that breaks the Terms of Service, the law where you promote, or a platform’s rules.
Commissions on payments that break these rules are cancelled, and we may block the partner who broke them.
8. Saying it is an affiliate link
Say clearly that you earn from WizeClip when you recommend it: write “affiliate link” or “#ad” next to the link or the code, not only in your bio, and in a video or a stream say it out loud. Rules on advertising, such as those of the FTC in the United States and the European Union’s rules on unfair commercial practices, require it.
9. Taxes
Commissions are your income. You are responsible for declaring them and paying any tax due where you live. If the law requires it, we may ask for your full name, country or tax details before a payout, or withhold what it requires. WizeClip does not give tax advice.
10. Data
The Privacy Policy says what the program keeps about you and about the accounts you bring. You see those accounts as Client 1, Client 2 and so on, never by their email.
11. Blocking, leaving, and changes
- We may block a partner who breaks these terms. A blocked partner earns no new commission and cannot ask for payouts, and commissions on payments that broke the terms are cancelled.
- Commissions earned within these terms stay yours and are paid as described above, unless the law forbids it.
- You can leave the program at any time by telling us. What is available when you leave is paid as described above.
- We may change or end the program. We announce a change in the app or by email 30 days before it applies; a change never touches commissions already written, and commissions earned within these terms are paid even if the program ends.
12. Our relationship
You promote WizeClip on your own account. You are not our employee, agent or representative, and you cannot make promises or agreements on WizeClip’s behalf. We do not promise any number of sign-ups, payments or commissions. The limits of liability and the other terms of the Terms of Service apply to the program too.
13. Contact
Questions about the program go through the Contact page or our official Telegram channel.
