Privacy Policy
What WizeClip collects about you and your creators, what it does with it, and what it never does.

On this page
1. Scope
This policy covers the marketing website at wizeclip.io and the application at app.wizeclip.io.
It does not cover the platforms WizeClip publishes to, or your subscription page; each of those has its own
policy. WizeClip is built for adult creators, so everything about a creator and their content is treated as
sensitive by default.
2. What we collect
2.1. Account and workspace data
- Your email address and login details for the app.
- How you found WizeClip: answering “How did you find WizeClip?” after you sign up is optional, and if you signed up with a button on this website, your account keeps only where that visit came from (for example a search engine or another site) and the page it began on.
- Workspace, studio and creator names, seats, presets and the settings you choose for each creator.
- Billing records: the plan, the packs bought, the stablecoin and network used for each payment, and its transaction reference on that network. WizeClip does not take card payments.
2.2. Content and what the pipeline produces
- The videos and stream recordings you upload, and the clips cut from them.
- Everything the pipeline generates about them: frame scores, clip boundaries, titles, tags, captions, thumbnails, upload status and the history of what was published where.
2.3. Platform sessions
To publish from a creator’s own accounts, WizeClip stores the signed-in session (the sign-in state the platform keeps for that account) for each platform account you connect. You connect an account by signing in to it on your own computer with WizeClip Connect, which sends WizeClip the signed-in session; WizeClip never receives or stores a platform password. Sessions travel over encrypted connections, are used only to upload and to check an account’s state, and can be deleted by you at any time; connecting the account again replaces them. Each creator’s sessions run behind their own proxy, so one creator’s traffic is never mixed with another’s.
For each computer you link to WizeClip Connect, WizeClip keeps the name the computer gives itself, its operating system, the app’s version and when it was linked and last used, so that Settings can list it. The app holds its own key; WizeClip keeps only a scrambled copy (a hash) of it. You can remove a computer in Settings at any time, and its key stops working at once.
2.4. Your link
WizeClip stores one link per creator, the page viewers should reach; it belongs on the creator’s profile on each platform, and posts do not carry it. WizeClip does not redirect that link or count clicks, and it collects nothing about the people who watch your clips; the platforms and your subscription page do that under their own policies.
2.5. Support and contact
- What you send through the contact form, or through the “Send this to the team” form in the chat: your email, your Telegram handle if you give it, your message and, if you choose, the chat it came from. These messages are stored in our database, together with your IP address and browser type to stop abuse, and forwarded to the team by email and Telegram. You receive an email confirming we got your message.
- Messages you send us on Telegram, and the support history for your account.
2.6. Usage and analytics
- In the app: basic logs of which views are opened, errors and performance, used to keep the service working and to fix problems.
- On this website: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views, scroll depth and clicks on buttons in aggregate. No cookie is set for it, no cross-site tracking takes place, and you can opt out as described in the Cookie Policy.
2.7. The Ghost chat
- If you use the chat on this website, we keep what you type and Ghost’s answers, the page you started from, the time, whether you opened the sign-up link from the chat or sent your question to the team, and technical data about each answer (the model used, its size and cost).
- We do not store your IP address with the conversation. To enforce message limits we use a code derived from it that changes every day and cannot be turned back into the address.
- Conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days. We keep them that long to check the quality of the answers and to look into abuse. Daily totals, such as the number of chats and their cost, are kept without any conversation content.
- Your messages are sent to the provider of the AI model that writes the answers. It keeps API requests for up to 30 days to detect abuse and does not use them to train its models.
- Ghost can be wrong, and its answers are not advice. Do not type passwords, payment details or anything else you would not want stored for 30 days.
2.8. The partner program
- If you join it: your partner code and the name you chose for invitations, when you accepted its terms, the address and network you are paid to, your commissions, and the payouts sent to you with their transaction references.
- If you signed up through a partner: which partner brought your account, how (a link, a kept invitation or a typed code) and when you first paid. The partner sees your account as Client 1, Client 2 and so on, never your email or anything else that names you.
- So that partners do not earn on their own payments, we compare your email address, your Telegram handle and the wallets your payments come from with the partner’s, and a code made from your IP address when you sign up with codes made from the partner’s. These codes are made with a secret key, cannot be turned back into an address, and are deleted after 90 days.
- Clicks on partner links are counted without cookies: a visit is a code made from the address and the browser with a key made up for the day and thrown away when the day ends, so afterwards nobody can tell whose click it was.
- Payouts are sent on public blockchains, where the amount and the receiving address can be seen by anyone, as with any transfer there.
3. How we use it
- To run your account and workspace, and to bill for the plan and packs you chose.
- To process your content into clips, score it and generate metadata according to your settings.
- To publish the clips you choose to post on the platforms and accounts you configured.
- To answer support requests, investigate problems and keep the service reliable and secure.
- To send essential service messages: security notices, billing notices and material changes to the service.
- To run the partner program: to credit the partner who brought an account, to pay partners, and to keep the program free of fraud.
4. What we never do
- Display your content anywhere on wizeclip.io.
- Sell your personal data, your creators’ data or your content to anyone.
- Share content, sessions or account data with other customers.
- Use your identifiable content to train models that are offered to other customers.
- Ask for, store or use a platform password.
- Send marketing email you did not ask for.
5. Who can see your content
Processing is automated. A person working for WizeClip looks at a specific piece of content, a session or a log only in two cases: when you ask for support and agree that we inspect the problem, or when the law or the enforcement of our Terms of Service requires it, for example to investigate a report of abuse.
6. Who we share data with
WizeClip runs on infrastructure and services supplied by others: hosting and storage, proxies, the AI model providers that score videos and write titles and tags, the AI model provider that answers the chat on this website, email delivery, the analytics software used on this website, and the blockchain services used to confirm payments. Each of them processes data only on our instructions and under contract, and none of them may use it for its own purposes. The platforms you publish to receive the clips, titles and tags you chose to post, from your own account, exactly as if you had uploaded them yourself. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and billing records: for as long as your account exists, then for the period that tax and accounting rules require.
- Uploaded videos and clips: for as long as they are in your workspace. You can delete them at any time.
- Sessions: until you delete them or connect the account again, or until the account is closed, whichever is first.
- Linked computers: for as long as the account exists; a removed computer stays in the list, marked as removed.
- Support messages: for as long as they are needed to help you and to keep a record of what was agreed.
- Chat conversations: 30 days, then deleted. Messages you send to the team from the chat are kept as support messages.
- Partner program records, commissions and payouts: like billing records. The codes made from IP addresses for the program: 90 days.
When an account is closed, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data attached to it, except what we must keep by law.
8. Where data is processed
Depending on where you are and where our providers run, your data may be stored and processed in a country other than your own. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the contractual protections our providers offer.
9. Your rights and choices
- You can see and change most account, creator and workspace data directly in the app.
- You can delete any platform session yourself, at any time, and remove any linked computer in Settings.
- You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, for corrections, or for deletion of your account and its data, through the Contact page.
- Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority; we will respect them.
- You can opt out of the website analytics, and control what your browser stores, as described in the Cookie Policy.
10. Security
Sessions and content travel over encrypted connections, access to production systems is restricted, and each creator is isolated in their own session and proxy so that one problem cannot spread across a roster. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay.
11. Age
WizeClip is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not process content that shows anyone under 18. If you believe either has happened, contact us and we will act on it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are also announced in the app or by email.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy or about how WizeClip handles data go through the Contact page or our official Telegram channel.
