1. What WizeClip is
WizeClip is a software service for adult content creators and the agencies that manage them. It takes a
long video or a stream recording, scores it, cuts it into short vertical clips, writes titles and tags for
each destination and publishes the clips to adult platforms from the creator’s own accounts. The
application runs at app.wizeclip.io; this website is the marketing and documentation layer for it.
These terms apply to both. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use WizeClip on behalf of an agency or studio, you agree to them for that organisation and for every creator you manage through it.
2. Who can use WizeClip
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- Every person who appears in any content you process through WizeClip must be an adult who consented to the recording and to its distribution, and you must hold the rights or licences needed to cut, edit and publish that content.
- You must be allowed to create and distribute adult content where you operate, and you must meet the age and eligibility rules of every platform you connect.
- If you manage other creators, you are responsible for having their permission to publish from their accounts and to process their content, and for keeping the records that permission requires.
3. Accounts, sessions and passwords
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your WizeClip account and workspace.
- WizeClip publishes to third-party platforms through signed-in sessions. You connect each platform account by signing in to it on your own computer with WizeClip Connect, WizeClip’s desktop app, which sends WizeClip the signed-in session and never the password. WizeClip never asks for, stores or uses your platform passwords. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to operate, and you can delete a session at any time or replace it by connecting the account again.
- WizeClip Connect is part of the service. It updates itself when a new version is out, and every computer you link to your account is listed in Settings, where you can remove it at any time.
- Each creator in a workspace is kept in a separate session behind a separate proxy. You must not share one session across several creators or try to run a platform account you do not control.
- Keep your login, the computers you link to WizeClip Connect and any API keys secure, and tell us if you suspect they have been misused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WizeClip to:
- Upload, process or promote any content involving a minor, or any person who did not consent to being recorded and published.
- Upload, process or promote content that is illegal where you operate or where it is published.
- Publish content that a destination platform prohibits, or bypass a platform’s rules, age gates, rate limits or moderation.
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or link viewers to a page you do not own.
- Use a link on a clip or a profile to mislead, to hide a destination, or to send viewers anywhere other than the page the clip presents.
- Interfere with, probe or overload WizeClip’s infrastructure, or access another customer’s workspace, content or sessions.
- Abuse the partner program, for example by bringing yourself or accounts you control, or by promoting WizeClip in ways its terms do not allow.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or end access to the service if we reasonably believe your use breaks these rules or creates risk for other customers, our infrastructure partners or the platforms WizeClip publishes to.
5. Your content
- You keep full ownership of the videos, images, text and metadata you upload and of the clips made from them.
- You grant WizeClip a limited, revocable licence to process that content only in order to provide the service to you: to store it, transcode it, score it, cut it, generate metadata for it and upload it to the platforms you configured.
- Nothing you upload is displayed on wizeclip.io. WizeClip does not sell your content, does not share it with other customers, and does not use your identifiable content to train models offered to others.
- Deleting content in WizeClip removes it from WizeClip. It does not remove clips already published on a platform; you do that on the platform.
6. Automated output
Scores, clip boundaries, titles and tags are produced automatically. They can be wrong. A clip is posted only after you choose to post it, and you are responsible for every clip that goes out under your accounts, including its title, tags and the link it carries. Posting several clips at once, for example with Post all, counts as choosing to post each of them. WizeClip makes no promise that automated metadata complies with a platform’s rules in every case; review it before you post it.
7. Third-party platforms
WizeClip publishes to platforms that have their own terms, community rules and moderation. You are responsible for complying with each one, including its rules on content, linking, cadence and advertising.
We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, their moderation decisions, or any action they take against an account, including throttling, removal or bans. WizeClip posts from your own accounts, so any such action is between you and the platform. Our guidance on cadence and account isolation reduces risk; it does not remove it.
8. Your link
- WizeClip stores one link per creator: the page you want viewers to reach. Posts do not carry it; the link belongs on the creator’s profile on each platform, which you set up and keep up to date yourself.
- WizeClip does not shorten or redirect that link and does not count clicks, visits or subscriptions. To see which platform sends subscribers, use the tracking links your subscription platform offers, such as OnlyFans tracking links.
- You are responsible for where the link leads and for keeping it within each platform’s linking rules.
9. Plans, credits and payments
- WizeClip is sold as plans paid for one, three, six or twelve months, and as extra credits, which can be bought while a paid plan is active. The current plans, what they include and the price of extra credits are on the Pricing page and in the app.
- Credits pay for the AI work on your content: scoring a video, cutting its clips and writing their titles and tags. Plans and extra credits are shown in hours of video, an hour being 1,000 credits. Publishing a clip and storing a video do not consume credits. The credits of a plan are given for the whole period paid for and expire at its end; extra credits do not expire, and are used while a plan is active.
- The free plan gives a fixed number of credits once, to use within the first month after sign-up, and needs no payment details. Its credits are not renewed: when they run out, or when that month ends, continuing requires a paid plan.
- Payments are made in stablecoins, by the methods shown at checkout. WizeClip does not take card payments. A payment is final once it is confirmed on its network and cannot be reversed by us.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the law where you live requires otherwise or we say otherwise in writing. We may change prices and extra credits; a change applies to future purchases and renewals, never to a payment already made. A launch price stays with the account that took it for as long as its plan is renewed before the period ends.
- Plans do not renew on their own. When a period ends without a renewal, everything keeps working for three more days; after that, cutting and publishing pause and scheduled posts wait until a plan is paid. After a reasonable period without a plan, we may close the workspace.
10. Agencies and rosters
- An agency workspace can hold several creators, each with their own sessions, proxy, settings and posting calendar.
- The agency is responsible to WizeClip for everything done in its workspace, and to its creators for having their consent to process their content and publish from their accounts.
- Creator seats are counted per plan; adding creators beyond the plan’s seats requires a larger plan or an agreement with us.
11. The partner program
An account can join the WizeClip partner program, share a link or a code, and earn a commission on what the accounts it brings pay. The program has terms of its own, the Partner Program Terms, which apply on top of these to every account that joins it.
12. Availability and changes to the service
- We aim for a stable service but do not promise that it will be available at all times or free of errors.
- Platforms change their sites without notice, and an integration can stop working until we update it. We may add, change, pause or retire integrations, models and features for technical, legal or business reasons, and we will tell you in advance where that is reasonable.
13. No guarantees of results
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and merchantability.
We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, profile visits, subscribers, revenue or any other outcome from using WizeClip. Figures shown on this website are sample data, not results you should expect.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, WizeClip and the people who build and run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, content or business opportunities arising from your use of the service, including any action a third-party platform takes against your accounts.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to the amount you paid to WizeClip for the service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
You will defend and hold WizeClip harmless from claims, losses and costs that arise from content you processed or published through the service, from your breach of these terms, or from your breach of a platform’s rules or of another person’s rights.
16. Ending the relationship
- You can stop using WizeClip at any time and can ask us to close your account and delete your data.
- We may suspend or close your access if you materially breach these terms, do not pay for the service, or use it in a way that creates risk for other customers, our infrastructure or the platforms we publish to. Where we can, we will tell you why.
- When an account is closed, its sessions are deleted and its content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy explains what data WizeClip collects and how it is handled. The Cookie Policy explains what is stored in your browser and why.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes, and for material changes we will also tell you in the app or by email. Using WizeClip after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
19. Contact
