So the work has two sides, as on any cam site: give the people in the room reasons to stay, and bring people in from outside.
Inside the room
CamSoda's own tips for the room:
- A regular schedule. Regulars fill a room early, and they come back when they know when you are live.
- Interactive toys. Toys such as Lovense and Kiiroo let fans control them with tips.
- Token goals. Set them in public shows, so watching turns into taking part.
- Talk with the chat. People stay in a room where someone answers them.
- More ways to pay you. Private shows, custom videos and a fan club, all three on CamSoda's own list.
Plan around your peak hours
The model dashboard shows your viewer count and your peak hours, when traffic and tips are highest, along with your top tippers and regular fans. Plan your shows around those hours, and post clips ahead of them so new viewers find you before you go live.
Outside the room
- X (Twitter). Announce shows and post teasers, labelled as sensitive media; clips downloaded from WizeClip make good ones. The X traffic page covers the rules.
- Reddit. Some subreddits are made for cam creators, each with its own way of posting (titles, verification, links); see the Reddit traffic page.
- Your subscribers. Fans on OnlyFans or Fansly are the warmest audience a room can get. Tell them when you are live.

Your dashboard may also have a referral link for viewers and for models. If it does, use it wherever you promote your room.
Clips from your shows
Your recorded shows are full of moments that already worked on a live audience. Record your own broadcast locally, and those moments become short clips on the tube sites, RedGIFs and the short-form adult feeds. Each platform profile links to your room, so the clips keep sending viewers long after the show.
