When something goes wrong

What to do when a post fails, a sign-in runs out, a proxy stops answering, a video gives no clips, or credits or a payment go missing.

Today always lists problems first, each with a button that goes straight to the fix. These are the usual ones.

A post failed

Open the clip from Today or from its video. In the clip's panel, the platform's row shows what the platform answered. Fix the cause, often a sign-in or the proxy, then use Retry on that row. WizeClip does not retry a failed post by itself: you decide whether to try again.

A platform needs reconnecting

The platform stopped accepting the saved sign-in. On the creator's Platforms page, use Reconnect on the card and sign in again in WizeClip Connect. See Connecting platforms.

The proxy is failing

That creator's posts fail until the proxy works again. Run Test on the Proxies tab, and if it still fails, add a working one from your provider, then delete the old one. See Proxies.

A video gave no clips

No moment scored above the creator's minimum, so nothing was cut. Lower the Minimum clip score in Creator preferences and upload the video again.

A video is still cutting

Videos are cut in turn, so a new upload can wait before it starts, and a long video takes longer. You can leave the page: Today and the video's card show when its clips are ready.

Credits ran out

Scoring and cutting stop at zero, but posting keeps working while your plan is active. Buy extra credits on top of your plan, or renew it early to get the next period's hours. See Credits and payments.

Posting stopped after my plan ended

Plans do not renew on their own. When a period ends without a renewal, everything keeps working for three more days; after that, cutting and posting pause and scheduled posts wait. Renew from Plan and credits and the waiting posts go out again, ten minutes apart on each platform.

A payment has not arrived

A payment is matched by its exact amount on the network shown. If you sent a different amount, or used another network, contact us with the transaction ID.
